What is The Nursing Bracelet™?
The Nursing Bracelet™ is a wearable nursing log used to remind a mother or caregiver of a baby’s feeding times. For the breastfeeding mom, it is also used to remind her which breast she fed from last.
Never forget your baby's schedule again, whether you're breastfeeding-on-demand or simply making sure a sleepy baby nurses frequently enough.

Instructions:
The Nursing Bracelet™ is more than a pretty piece of jewelry, it's also a reminder bracelet that tracks your breastfeeding schedule. It can remind you which breast you fed from last and the time that your baby last fed, using number beads and colored beads arranged to represent a 12-hour clock. The number beads represent hours and each colored bead indicates a 15-minute interval. A charm is moved to mark the time.
Getting Started:
1. Switch the bracelet from wrist to wrist to keep track of which breast you fed from last.
2. Move the charm to mark the time your baby's last feed began (see the diagram above). This is helpful if you have a sleepy baby who doesn't wake for feeds, if you would like to establish a breastfeeding schedule, or if you're feeding-on-demand and would like to keep track of your baby's breastfeeding patterns.
3. An alternative use for the bracelet is to count the total number of feeds in a day (newborns should feed eight to twelve times per day). Place the charm after the relevant number bead.
How do I use it?
The Nursing Bracelet™ works in four ways:
1. To keep track of which breast your baby fed from last: with one easy action, simply move the bracelet from wrist to wrist.
2. To record what time your baby last fed: move the charm between the beads to mark a time to the nearest 15 minutes OR
3. To mark when your baby should next feed, OR
4. To record the total number of feeds in any single day or night: place the charm after the relevant number bead.
Can I use it if I’m bottle feeding?
Absolutely. Tracking your baby’s feeds is as important with bottle fed babies as breast fed babies, and while it may be easier to see how much a baby has drunk when they are bottle fed, establishing a feeding pattern may still take some weeks or months. The Nursing Bracelet™ nursing log will help you time those feeds.
Can I wear it at night?
Yes, you will find it especially helpful at night, as it is more difficult to remember when your baby last fed if you are sleep-deprived or only half-awake. However, we do not recommend co-sleeping with The Nursing Bracelet™, as it contains small parts.
Who makes it?
The Nursing Bracelet™ wearable nursing log is brought to you by Unique Mums LLC, 3 Brooklyn, NY moms who formed a company to make useful, quality products for parents and caregivers. The bracelet is assembled in New York by members of AHRC (Association for the Help of Retarded Children). Putting it on: 1. Hook one end onto your wrist and wind the bracelet round
2. It will spring back into shape. Do not push it over your hand.
