How It Works
The patented Twist 'N' Lock suction fix system can be easily installed in minutes - without the need for tools, screws or glue!
- The suction cup clings to the mounting surface.
- As the decorative cap is tightened the centre of the suction cup is drawn away from the mounting surface.
- A vacuum is created between the suction cup and the mounting surface.
- This creates a strong and reliable attachment.
To maintain suction strength, we recommend that the sucker(s) are detached periodically e.g. every 4-6 weeks and the supporting surfaces are cleaned thoroughly.
The accessory should be removed, cleaned and refitted if there are any indications of movement, slippage, or if the product has suffered any impact or knocks.
Surface Preparation: Thoroughly Clean the mounting surface to remove any lime-scale, soap residue, oils or other substances including residue from abrasive and chemical cleaners that may reduce the suction cup performance. Rinse the mounting surface with clean water and dry with a clean cloth. Clean the suction cup in warm water and then dry with a clean cloth to remove any dust that may have accumulated during manufacturing.
Installation: Ensure that the decorative cap is rotated fully clockwise until finger tight. Loosen the decorative cap by turning it 5 complete rotations counter-clockwise - gently pull the suction cup away from the decorative knob, this will ensure that the suction cup is in the optimum position for fitting to the mounting surface.
** DO NOT POSITION SUCTION CUP OVER GROUTED AREAS BETWEEN TILES**
Press the center of the decorative cap against the mounting surface. While maintaining pressure, tighten the decorative cap by rotating clockwise.
**CHECK THAT THE PRODUCT IS SECURELY FIXED TO THE MOUNTING SURFACE BEFORE USE**
Removal Guide: Unscrew the decorative cap and remove the plastic washer. The sucker can then be peeled from the mounting surface.
Warnings and Cautions: Do not position the suction cup over grouted areas between tiles. Check that the product is securely fixed to the mounting surface before use. Do not use this product as a grab bar or security rail. Do not over tighten the decorative cap.
